Epic Games Store will also be available for iOS in Europe due to the European Union’s Digital Markets Act (DMA).

I’m going to be the first to admit to certain actions.”
As suggested by Sweeney, Epic Games Wednesday AB, the Swedish division of Epic Games, will operate the Epic Games Store in Europe.

Passed in 2022, the DMA is part of a key piece of EU regulatory legislation aimed at managing the influence of “gatekeeper” technology companies and corporations (via BBC). The purpose behind this law is to force industry giants like Google and Apple to “open up” their platforms and services to other companies and developers.
However, please note that the Epic Games Store is not available on iOS in the UK for the time being. Having said that, the UK Digital Markets Bill is likely to include provisions similar to those provided by the DMA introduced for iOS users in the UK. The bill, which is currently being debated in parliament, could give Epic leeway to make similar moves outside the EU if passed.
