There’s a little-known iPhone trick that can help you track down notifications faster.
It’s hidden in a secret menu that’s very easy to miss.
If you have a lot of apps, you may have wisely hidden them in folders.
If an app in that folder has a notification, a red bubble will appear over the folder.
However, finding apps inside folders with notifications can be quite a pain, especially if they are compressed.
Thankfully, an iPhone owner found a genius solution and shared it in a Reddit thread.
“I found a cool feature I didn’t know about,” a Reddit user explained.
“I never thought something like this would be possible. But I just learned that if you long-press on a folder where a badge is displayed, you’ll see a preview of which apps have flagged the badge.
“Useful if you have multiple apps in one bundle and don’t want to scroll through them all to find the app that’s sending you notifications.”
