Leaked iPhone 16 components confirm rumored changes to non-Pro cameras

About a week and a half ago, we told you that the latest iPhone 16 prototypes feature a rear camera array very similar to the one used on the back of 2017’s iPhone X. If you recall, that design included his two vertically mounted cameras separated by a flash, with a thin camera island running vertically across the top left corner of the back panel. As usual, Apple continued the design of his iPhone XS series and then expanded the range of iPhone 11 and iPhone 12 lines.
Since the non-Pro models of the iPhone 13, Apple has placed the rear camera in a box in the top left corner of the back panel, but offset the lens diagonally to make it look like a number 2 domino. However, with the arrival of the Vision Pro, there is some speculation that Apple will return to the design used in the iPhone X (with a slightly different flash placement). As you may know, photos and videos taken with iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max can be viewed in 3D on Apple’s Spatial Computer.

One reason to use 3D images is to vision pro The reason you can’t take pictures with the iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Plus is because the two rear cameras aren’t lined up. By returning to the iPhone X’s rear camera design, Apple has perfectly positioned the two cameras to capture immersive spatial photos and videos in so-called 3D, allowing users to experience the scene being shot or recorded. You will be able to feel like you are there. Again (especially the video).
leaker’s tweet Majinbu (via MacRumors) claims to display images. iPhone16It’s a new camera module for , and it matches previous rumors that the two cameras will be arranged vertically. Bu’s photo shows the module upside down, but that does not detract from the legitimacy of the component photographed, which was authenticated thanks to industry sources at MacRumors. These sources confirmed that the part pictured is the chassis expected to be used in the I-34 camera project. iPhone16 The model is scheduled to be released in September of this year.
What we expect is iPhone16 Pro models maintain the current layout used by iPhone Pro devices starting with iPhone 11 Pro and iPhone 11 Pro Max. This design already has two cameras placed vertically, which explains why. iPhone15 pro Series units can take aerial photos and videos, but why do we need to change the appearance of the rear camera? iPhone16 Pro and iPhone 16 Pro Max.
