2024 NCAA softball bracket: Women’s College World Series scores, schedule

The 2024 NCAA DI Women’s College Softball World Series has begun. The eight participating teams are (1) Texas, (2) Oklahoma, (4) Florida, (5) Oklahoma State, (6) UCLA, (8) Stanford, (10) Duke, and (16) Alabama. The first championship bracket was announced at the selection show on Sunday, May 12.

The 2023 Women’s College World Series Finals ended with Oklahoma defeating Florida State to win their third consecutive national championship. Below you will find all the information about the 2024 DI softball tournament.

2024 NCAA DI Softball Tournament Schedule

Below are key dates for the 2024 NCAA DI Softball Tournament.

How the Championship works: The Regional Tournaments will be played at 16 venues in a double-elimination format and are scheduled for May 16/17-19. The winners of the 16 teams will advance to the Super Regional Tournament where two teams will compete in a best-of-three format on May 23-25 ​​or May 24-26. The winners of the eight teams will earn a spot in the 2024 Women’s College World Championship in Oklahoma City. The WCWS will begin on May 30 in a double-elimination format. The final two teams will play in a best-of-three format for the National Championship starting on June 5.
