Inspired by the findings of this report, this session will help healthcare professionals identify contact lens wearers, provide information on lifestyle behaviors to maintain good ocular surface health, and improve the contact lens wear experience. We’ll cover how to maximize it.

As patient lifestyles and eye health evolve, so does tear film and ocular surface research, so this session will explore how physicians can use research and clinical publications to enhance patient care. It also aims to highlight what can be done. This session also recognizes that a patient’s unique needs and expectations for contact lens wear may change over time, and communicates with patients in a way that helps them understand their evolving eye health requirements.
